Jersey Boys Broadway Cast Update – Richard H. Blake to Join as ‘Tommy DeVito’ in January
Jersey Boys musical on Broadway is now playing at the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street, New York, New York 10019). The production opened on Broadway on November 6, 2005 and has gone on to be seen by over 18 million people worldwide (as of July, 2013).

The producers of the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Best musical Jersey Boys have announced that Richard H. Blake (Legally Blonde, Wicked) will join the cast on Thursday, January 9, 2014 in the role of “Tommy DeVito.” He assumes the role from Andy Karl who departs the production following the Sunday, December 1st performance. John Gardiner, who played “Tommy” on the national tour, will perform the role from December 3, 2013 through Wednesday, January 8, 2014.

Jersey Boys Broadway Cast Update – Andy Karl Returns February 12
Andy Karl, who is currently appearing in the Broadway revival of The Mystery of Edwin Drood, will be returning to the Broadway company of Jersey Boys next month at the August Wilson Theatre.
Andy Karl will assume the role of ‘Tommy DeVito’ beginning Feb. 12 following the departure of current star Jeremy Kushnier after the Sunday, February 10 performance.
Andy Karl returns to Jersey Boys after appearing as Neville Landless/Victor Grinstead in the Broadway revival of The Mystery of Edwin Drood. He has originated the roles of Luke in Altar Boyz; Joe in 9 to 5; the UPS Guy in Legally Blonde on Broadway and MTV. His other credits include Wicked, The Wedding Singer, Saturday Night Fever, Sondheim’s Saturday Night, SLUT! the musical and Romeo & Bernadette. His film credits Joyful Noise; On the One; New York, I Love You.

Tony Winner John Lloyd Young Again Return to Jersey Boys Broadway
Tony winner John Lloyd Young once again will return to the role of Frankie Valli in Broadway’s Jersey Boys on January 11, 2013 for a limited engagement. This marks Young’s third engagement as Valli. He originated the role in 2005, and returned to the musical for a three-month run on Broadway this summer July 3 through Sept. 30.
He will replace Jarrod Spector, who exits the production on December 30. Till the time John Lloyd Young joins the cast, the role will be played by Dominic Scaglione Jr. for performances from December 31 through January 10.
